Abstract
In the increasingly complex global
marketplace, supply chains face significant challenges in balancing efficiency
with sustainability. This study explores the pivotal role of data analytics in
optimizing supply chain networks to achieve both environmental sustainability
and operational efficiency. The primary objective is to examine how advanced
data-driven techniques can be leveraged to enhance decision-making, reduce
waste, and improve resource utilization across supply chains. The study
concludes that integrating data analytics into supply chain management not only
drives cost savings and operational agility but also supports long-term
sustainability goals. These insights have significant implications for supply
chain professionals, policymakers, and businesses striving to create resilient,
eco-friendly networks amid growing environmental concerns and market
volatility.
